Calm and Clear: Yoga Nidra

This class focuses on Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, or deep relaxation. The first 12 minutes are yoga poses to help the body unwind, the following 20 minutes are guided relaxation in a Savasana. Jump ahead to minute 15 if you'd like to skip the movement portion of this practice.
