Yoga and movement with Cass is balanced, intentional and fun. Nothing is taken too seriously, but nothing is taken for granted either. Moving and feeling is the key, the poses and alignment are secondary. Cass asks you to practice yoga and movement regularly (with or without her) to feel better, more connected and more available, it’s that simple.
