3 week Yoga Series to Get Grounded and Ease into a new Season.
This simple yoga series will guide you through 3 weeks to get set up in a new schedule, energy and season.
Hey - it’s STILL Summer! For three more weeks in fact. But the reality is that the time just past labor day has an energy of getting settled, whether you follow a school-based schedule or not.
But it’s complicated! The weather is warm, the light is still here and maybe you don’t feel like talking about fall - I certainly don’t!
So these three weeks will focus on the following themes to get settled while acknowledging that things are still fluid and fast:
Week 1: Ground. Slow down and take stock. How do you feel?
Week 2: Clear. Spend some time clearing space, clutter and stagnant energy.
Week 3: Set Up. With a less full plate, what small steps can you take to reorganize your life, your practice and your space?
This series consists of 3 livestream yoga classes (recorded and available for 1 month) and texts to immerse yourself in the themes.
